All information is submitted voluntarily by our users through our website to fulfil a product order, a class booking or to subscribe to our email newsletter.

We collect your information when you subscribe to our email newsletter through our website.
Our Email newsletter subscriptions are securely held by a 3rd party service called MailChimp.
We will not add you details without your permission.
Mailchimp holds an email address and name for each subscriber.

We also collect information from you when you place an order for a product through our online shop or book a place to attend any of our classes, courses or workshops online.
We use PayPal to process all online transactions.
We collect your name, address, contact phone number and email address when placing an order for a product or booking a class, course or workshop.

We also collect information through our ‘contact us’ page on our website which collects a name, telephone and email address.
This Web site may be accessed by children. Karen Delahunty LTD makes an effort to not collect any information from children under the age of 16 without parental consent.

The information provided by our users is only used to fulfil your specific request and cannot be used for any other purpose unless permission is given by the individual who provided the information.

Newsletter Subscriptions

We use your email address and name to send you emails about our latest products, classes, news, events and offers.

Online Class, Courses & Workshop Bookings

If you have booked on a class, course or workshop we will use the information provided by you to send an email to confirm your booking and payment.
We use your postal address to write to you confirming your booking and send any additional information like an equipment lists within this letter so you know if you need to bring anything along with you.
We ask for a telephone number so we can contact you if a class was to be cancelled or if there was a problem with any online payment or booking.

Online or Telephone Product Orders

We use your information to process your order. We collect you name, telephone, email address and postal address.
We use your telephone number and email address as a point of contact in case there is an issue with your order.
We use your name and postal address so we can send you your order via Royal Mail.

We use PayPal for secure 3rd party payment process for online payments. PayPal processes your payment and notifies Karen Delahunty LTD via email to confirm the transaction.
We use WorldPay for secure 3rd party payment process for telephone orders. We do not store payment information.

Email Requests

Users fill out their name, email address and telephone number through our contact page on our website so Karen Delahunty LTD can contact you about your request.

Your IP address is collected when you connect to and this is logged with the date and time, the nature of your connection, and other information specific to the service.
This data is deleted after 7 days.

The logged data is processed to determine if the connection is attempting to access the service in a malicious, disruptive, or otherwise harmful manner, and if so, the IP address is restricted or blocked from accessing
