Any one of the 17 stitches can be selected by using the dial marked ABC… each letter corresponds to a stitch type. The stitch types are printed on the front panel. It really is that easy to use.
Stitch width and length is adjustable. The Silver sews a buttonhole in 4-step sequence, so buttonholes of any length are possible. Sew stretch fabrics using any one of the 7 built in stretch stitches.
Slide off the extension bed to access the front loading bobbin. This extension also has a storage area for sewing feet and accessories. Once removed it also means that tubular items can be sewn on the sleeve arm.
